Transform manipulation gizmos won't show up while Cloth game object is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (TheImmovableCloth.zip)
2. Open "SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Select "Cloth" game object and press 'W' key for translation tool
Expected result: Translation tool gizmos show up allowing the user to drag cloth where he wants
Actual result: No translation tool gizmos show up
Reproducible with: 2017.3.0a7, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.4f1, 2018.2.0b7
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.4p1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.3.0a1, 2017.3.0a6
Notes:
* As a workaround one can adjust transform values via Inspector
