[VR] Debug.DrawRay in VR appears in wrong position
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new project
2. Add cube to the scene
3. Turn on VR mode and play the scene
4. In game view window, turn on Gizmos
Actual result: Notice that bounding box and mesh move separately when moving HMD (see: https://gyazo.com/1bdacf05260e2f0b474b69090198af0b)
Expected result: Everything stays uniform (see: https://gyazo.com/f3462ad4c2cfec1e8d50f02518ed1961)
