TrackedPoseDriver causes out of sync view with the HMD
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the newest project(oc link)
2. Enter Playmode in VR
3. Move HMD around
Expected results: view is in sync with movement
Actual results: view is heavilly out of sync with movement due to poor performance
Reproduced on 2018.2.0b1, 2018.2.0b6
Not reproduced on 2018.1.3f1, 2018.2.0a8
Regression introduced in 2018.2.0b1
Notes:
- project contains a LWRP template for VR scene with duplicated scene assets to push performance. with TrackedPoseDriver removed from Camera (under GameObject container) the view returns to normal
