Track Group context menu is missing a rename action
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Timeline
2. + > Track Group
3. Right click on newly created Track Group
Expected result: There is a rename option in the context menu
Actual result: There isn't a rename option in the context menu
Reproducible with: 1.6.5 (2021.3.32f1), 1.8.6 (2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a13)
