TouchScreenKeyboard behaviour is inconsistent between WP8.1 and WP8
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and deploy attached project to WP8.1
2. Tap on any of the buttons to open TouchScreenKeyboard
3. Close it
4. Tap on TextArea and input text. Input gets doubled. This is not reproducible as WP8 app.
