Touch not registered if New Input System Pointer Behavior is "Single Unified Pointer" when clicking on UI made with UI Builder
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "Bug Report.zip"
2. Build the project for iOS/Android and deploy it to a device
3. In the app press the Buttons with "?" icon
4. Observe the result
Expected result: A touch is registered
Actual result: A touch is not registered
Reproducible with: 1.3.0 (2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12)
Could not test with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1 (Errors after downgrade)
