Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager
3. Click “+” and select “Create package”
4. Enter the package name and click the “Create”
5. Select the newly created package for it to appear in the Inspector window
6. Go to the "Inspector" window and hover the mouse above the "Version"
7. Observe the tooltip

Actual results: Tooltip "Must follow SemVer (ex:.....)"

Expected results:
Must follow semantic versioning, such as 3.2.1 or 1.0.0-preview.1.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b1

Not reproducible with versions: -

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.55f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a2 as package creation functionality landed just in 6000.3.0a3

Tested on (OS): M1 Max - Sequoia 15.6.1
