Tooltips are not shown when they're added to the Unity.Mathematics variable
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached "UnityTooltips" project
2. Open the "Main" Scene
3. Select the "Tooltip Example" in the Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector move your mouse over the "Float 2" variable name
Expected result: The tooltip is shown
Actual result: The tooltip is not shown
Reproducible with: 0.0.12-preview.17, 1.1.0 (2018.4.0f1, 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.16f1, 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0b11, 2020.2.0a13)
Not reproducible with: 0.0.12-preview.2, 0.0.12-preview.13 (2018.4.0f1, 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.16f1, 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0b11, 2020.2.0a13)
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f because Unity Mathematics package was not introduced
