Tool tips are missing from align vertically and align horizontally
In the graph editor toolbar, there are buttons to align nodes vertically and horizontally. The tooltips are missing from these button.
Steps to reproduce
* Open Unity 2020.1.0f1
* Add a new Bolt class to a game object
* Add a new graph to the class
* Open graph
* Notice the toolbar in the top right of the graph. Notice that most of the buttons have tooltips except align vertically and align horizontal buttons.
Tested: UNity 2020.1, 2019.4, macOS, Bolt 2.0.0.a13
