Tool Handle button name doesn't fit in the button UI when the Language is set to Japanese in the Scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Install the Japanese Language Pack into Unity
2. Open a new Unity project
Expected result: The name of the Tool Handle buttons fit in the UI
Actual result: Some part of the button name is displayed on a new line
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0b1, 2022.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.0a17
Couldn't test with: 2021.2.0a18 - 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0a1 - 2022.1.0a16 (the button name is not displayed)
