[TMP_Backport] TMP_SpriteAsset sprite icons don't match the name when initially opening the project
How to reproduce:
# Open the project "IN-68950_TMProBug"
# Select DefaultIcons.asset in Assets → Resources
# Expand and observe the Sprite Character Table
Expected result: Sprite icons match the name when initially opening the project
Actual result: Sprite icons don’t match the name when initially opening the project
Reproducible with: TMP 3.2.0-pre.8 (2021.3.35f1), TMP 4.0.0-pre.2 (2022.3.20f1), UGUI 2.0.0 (2023.2.11f1, 2023.3.0b8)
Could not test with: TMP 4.0.0-pre.2 (2021.3.35f1) package errors, UGUI 3.0.0-exp.3 (2023.2.11f1, 2023.3.0b8) script is missing
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
* In 2021.3.35f1, 2023.2.11f1 and 2023.3.0b8 the Sprite icons don’t match the name either, but even after clicking the Update Sprite Asset button, it does not seem to fix matching.
* In 2023.2 and 2023.3 streams the TextMeshPro package is no longer available as it was merged into the UGUI package
