TMP Importer Window can be maximized but full-screen is broken
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a new Unity Project
- Create a new Text GameObject via GameObject > UI > Text - TextMeshPro. The TMP Importer Window should open
- Resize the TMP Importer Window to be slightly larger (this is an optional step but will make an extra part of the issue visible
- Click on the maximize Window Control Button to make the TMP Importer Window full-screen
Actual results: The Window does not go full-screen. Instead it resizes to its smallest possible size and moves itself to the top left of the screen. It is not possible to resize the window without exiting the broken full-screen mode.
Expected results: Either the full-screen button is not enabled (as was the case in 2023.1.0a26 and below) or the full-screen works as intended.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a4, 6000.0.26f1, 2023.1.0b1
Not reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a26, 2022.3.52f1, 2021.3.45f1
