Title of a window is being rendered large when window is moved around the Editor, docking/undocking it
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Move a window around to make it dock/undock () (f.g. Game view)
Actual: Title of a window is being rendered large (see big-window-title-text-issue.mov attached)
Expected: Title of a window stays the same size all the time
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2020.2.0a11

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
Several options were explored and with the limitation of the current windowing system, this issue cannot be addressed right now.
Also the issue reproduces rarely on a windows machine, occasionally on Mac and does not affect the functionality.
Marking this as 'Won't Fix' after discussing with the Editor team.
