Timeout of WebRequest causes undisposable thread pool to freeze Unity Editor on exit
Reproduction steps(GIF attached):
1. Open and play attached Unity project.
2. Click on the "WebRequest" button.
[Windows]
3. "ThreadPool" goes up to a certain number(4, 29 or 49) and then stops. Wait until it stops.
4. Stop the scene and try to exit Unity editor.
5. Editor freezes.
[OSX]
3. Wait until "ThreadPool" goes up to 100 or more.
4. Stop the scene and try to exit Unity editor.
5. Editor freezes.
