Timeline Window does not start redrawing when it is activated through code
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project with the Timeline package installed
2. Add any track to a created Timeline with the Playable Director's "Play on Awake" function disabled
3. Create a short script to activate the Playable Director via input
3. Layout the Timeline Windows so that it is not a part of a window group together with the Play Mode window
4. Enter Play Mode, activate the Playable Director via input, and observe the Timeline Window without having the cursor hovering in the Timeline Window
5. Hover the cursor over the Timeline Window
or:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Scene "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play Mode, press space, and observe the Timeline Window without having the cursor hovering in the Timeline Window
Actual result: The Timeline Window does not start redrawing until a cursor is hovered over and the user will not see the progression of frames until it is
Expected result: The Timeline Window starts redrawing immediately after the Playable Director is played
Reproducible with: 1.6.5, 1.8.5, 1.8.6 (2021.3.31f1, 2023.2.0b14)

If you are paused and trying to step through a sequence you can hold the mouse over the Timeline window and step with the shortcut ctrl+alt+p
