Timeline Track group name overflows to track
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new project
2. Add Timeline (Playable Director) to a gameobject
3. In Timeline window Add a Track Group
4. Rename Track group with long name ("AsdasdadasdasdasdsadASDASDADSDASads")
5. Track group name now extends over the track and generally looks bad
Expected: Longer track group names should get truncated or a track group name should have a limit of characters
Actual: You can keep typing and text will go all over your timeline (Outside of the UI element area)
Repro on: Version 2019.1.14f1 (148b5891095a), 2019.2.5f1, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
