[Timeline] Object starts jittering if there are two near by key frames in animation that have the same position
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Open timeline window
3. Open 'Test' scene
4. Select 'WithRotation_Bug' gameObject in canvas, play timeline
5. Notice that selected gameObject is jittering when playing(gif attached)
6. Select 'WithRotation_NoBug' gameObject in canvas, play timeline
7. Notice that selected gameObject moves smoothly
Reproduced: 2017.3.0p2, 2018.1.0b3, 2018.2.0a1
Not reproducible: 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p2
