Timeline Markers disappear when double clicking on stacked Markers at 0 Frames
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1377501_timeline.zip")
2. Open the "Main Camera Timeline" Timeline from the Project window
3. Double click the Markers
Expected result: The Markers remain in the Timeline window
Actual result: The Markers disappear
Reproducible with: 1.4.8, 1.5.7, 1.6.3 (2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.2.2f1, 2022.1.0a14)
Workaround: Resizing the Timeline window or moving a different Marker will make the Markers reappear
