[Timeline] Play head doesn't start/end within the set play range in timeline window
Play head doesn't start/end within the set play range in timeline window
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Select Cube gameobject > Press Play range button in Timeline window.
3. Setup your range or use default range.
4. Press Play in timeline window.
Observe that Animation is playing beyond the play range.
Reproducible on:
2018.2.0a7, 2018.2.0a6, 2018.2.0a5, 2018.2.0a4.
Working fine on:
2018.2.0a3, 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b13.
Environment:
Occurring on Windows 10, Windows 7, Mac10.12 and Mac 10.13
