[Timeline] Animated transforms are moved when saving scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Select game object "Cube"
3. Open the timeline editor
4. Play the timeline in preview mode (observe how the object "breathTest01" moves)
5. Now save the scene (by selecting "Save Scene As" and overwrite it)
6. Play timeline again in preview mode
7. Notice the changed position of the "breathTest01" object
Expected result: "breathTest01" position should not change when the scene is saved
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0a7, 2017.2.0f1, 2017.1.1p2, 2017.1.0b1
