[Timeline] After copy pasting the track group, seeking the original one causes lagging
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project ("TestTimelineCP.zip")
2. Open "main" scene
3. In hierarchy window select "Cube A"
4. In timeline window copy its track group
5. Select "Cube B"
6. Paste copied track
7. Attach Cube B animator to the copied track
8. Notice that moving the white marker on Cube B timeline is smooth
9. Repeat step 7 on Cube A
Expected result: Moving the marker on Cube A should be also smooth
Actual result: Moving the marked on original track (Cube A) is very laggy
Reproduced with: Unity 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p2, 2017.3.2f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.1.0b12, 2018.2.0b5
OS: Mac OS X 10.13.3 (17D102)
Wasn't able to reproduce on Windows 10
