Tiles painted in the Scene appear different in the Tile Palette
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "1057089.zip"
2. Open "13 Polish and Deployment" scene
3. Open Window/2D/Tile Palette
4. Set Background Detail as the Active Tilemap
5. Notice that the tiles appear black
6. Select a tile in the tile palette and paint it on the scene
7. Notice that the painted tiles are different from the ones in the tile palette
