Tiles are not animated when one Scene loads from another Scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the project "News Game.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/1.unity
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Use the W key to move the "Player" GameObject up until the section with multiple monitors is reached
5. Notice that the tiles are animated
6. Exit Play Mode
7. Open Assets/Scenes/Player Selection.unity
8. Enter Play Mode and choose a character
9. Repeat step 4
Expected result: The tiles are animated
Actual result: The tiles are not animated
Reproducible with:1.8.0-preview (2020.3.13f1), 2.0.0 (2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b2)
Could not test with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1 (No 2D Tilemap Extras package)
