TileMapCollider2D is ignored when colliding in built project
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Walk around (WASD) to check collision
3. Build project for any platform, walk around
Expected: TileMapCollider2D collides with Player
Actual: TileMapCollider2D can be walked through
Reproduced in: 2017.2.0p4
Not reproduced in: 2017.3.0f1, 2017.3.0f1, 2018.1.0a7
