[Tilemap] Scene View Camera focuses on the 0.0.0 position each time a Tile is selected In the Tile Pallete Window without a tool
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 2D Project
2. In the Hierarchy Window create a new Tilemap
3. Open the Tile Pallete Window and create a new Pallete
4. Add any sprite to it and close the Window
5. Reopen the window and click on any tile
6. Observe the Scene View
Expected result: Selecting any of the tiles in the Tile Pallete do not shift the Camera
Actual result: Selecting any tile without selecting any of the Pallete tools shifts the camera to the 0.0.0 position
