[Tilemap] ColliderType.Grid collider has wrong pivot point
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file and open "GridColliderTest" Scene
2. Open Tile Palette window and select tile with "ColliderType.Grid"
3. Paint tile onto tilemap without flipping or rotating (observe that the collider is aligned correctly to the tile)
4. Flip or rotate tile
5. Paint flipped/rotated tile onto tilemap (observe that the collider is not aligned correctly to the tile)
Actual result: ColliderType.Grid collider has wrong pivot point
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b5
