Tile Palette 'Z Position' value changes/reverts to the previous value when hovering in the Scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-91215.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Open the “Tile Palette” Window (Window > 2D > Tile Palette)
4. Select the ‘Basic' or ‘Desert’ Tile Palette
5. Disable the ‘Lock Z Position’ property
6. Enter any value in the ‘Z position’ property and click Enter
7. Hover on the Scene view
8. Hover on the Tile Palette in the Inspector
9. Observe the ‘Z Position’ value
Expected result: The previously entered value remains
Actual result: The value resets to the previous value or to '0'
Reproducible with: 6000.0.3f1, 6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.55f1, 6000.0.2f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.47f1 ('Z Position' property not available)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
