[Tile Palette] A specific tiles becomes enlarged when editor is opened 2nd time after removing 'Library' folder
To reproduce:
1. Download project, delete Library folder
2. Open project, notice that in Tile Palette tab there are 3 separate palettes
3. Close editor, reopen project again
Expected: tiles in Tile Palette tab will look the same as before
Actual: tiles are enlarged(images attached)
Reproduced: 2017.2.0f3, 2017.2.1p3, 2017.3.0p4, 2018.1.0b6, 2018.2.0a1
Note: Tiles are shown properly when opening project the first time after deleting 'Library'
