Tile Asset Inspector "Flags" fields dropdown has an empty space below the options and has a different design than other dropdowns
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "2DET" project
2. In the Project window, navigate to Assets -> Tilemaps -> Ground -> Tiles
3. Open any Tile Asset in the Inspector
4. Navigate to the "Flags" field and open the dropdown
5. Observe the opened dropdown
Expected results: There is no empty space below the option and the dropdown design matches other dropdowns
Actual results: The is a big empty space below the options and the dropdown design doesn't match other dropdowns
Reproducible with: 6000.0.10f1
Can't test with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.36f1 (No "Flags" field")
Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
