How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Download the project from the cloud
3. Try to download it the second time
Reproducible with: Unity Hub 2.0.0
Not reproducible with: Unity Hub 1.6.2
Actual results: users can't download the same project
Expected results: users should be able to have multiple copies of the same project
