The window divider between the Project and Animator windows does not move when trying to drag it from the Animator window side
Reproduction steps:
1. Open any project
2. Dock the Animator window to the right of the Project window
3. Using the mouse, try dragging the divider between the Project and Animator windows from the Animator window side
Expected results: The divider moves
Actual results: The divider does not move
Reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.34f1, 6000.0.7f1
Reproducible on: macOS 14.5
Not reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS 12
Note: With 6000.0.X the reproduction is inconsistent
