The Editor manifest for 2019.2 and 2019.3 contains an entry for Text Mesh Pro version 1.3.0. This is behind the current verified version in 2019.1, which is 2.0.0. The editor manifest should be updated.
1. Open Unity
2. Create a new project with any settings
3. Open the Package Manager and inspect the version of Text Mesh Pro installed in the project.
Expected result:
The version used is 2.0.0+
Actual result:
1.3.0 is used.
Tested on Windows.
Occurs on 2019.2.0a1, 2019.3.0a1
