The text does not lines up with the description box in Build Profiles window when resized to smallest size
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity Project
2. Open Build Profiles window
3. Dock the Build Profiles window next to the Inspector or Hierarchy tab
4. Resize the Build Profiles window to be very small
5. Obserbe the description box in the Build Profiles window
Actual results: The text does not lines up with the description box when resized to smallest size
Expected results: The text does lines up with the description box when resized to smallest size
Reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0b1, 2023.3.0b10
Can’t test with versions: 2023.3.0a19 and lower (Editor has old Build Settings window)
Tested on (OS): Windows 10, MacBook Pro, 2021 (Sonoma 14.2.1, Apple M1 Max)
