The Sorting Group component sorts GameObjects incorrectly in the Prefab Mode when the Prefab is placed in an environment

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “SortingGroupBug“ project
2. Open the “Scene“ scene
3. Open the “Canvas/Prefab_UIEnvironment“ Prefab in the Prefab Mode for editing
4. Observe the Scene view

Expected result: The “SpriteRenderer_OrderInLayer:1“ GameObject gets rendered last
Actual result: The “SpriteRenderer_OrderInLayer:0“ GameObject gets rendered last

Reproducible with: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.40f1, 6000.0.13f1

Reproducible on: macOS 14.5 (Intel), Windows 10 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Notes:
- Only happens when the Prefab is placed in an environment, works as expected when the Prefab is just placed in the Scene
- Disabling the Sorting Group component will show the expected result in the “Canvas/Prefab_UIEnvironment“ Prefab
- Works as expected in the Game view and the Scene view after exiting the Perfab Mode
