The selector disappears in the Project Window when selecting anything in the Inspector Window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “UnityToolsGitHub.zip” project
2. Select any asset in the Project Window
3. Observe that the selected asset has a blue selector border
4. Press on anything in the Inspector Window
5. Observe the selected asset in the Project Browser
Expected result: The selector turns grey when Inspector Window is focused
Actual result: The selector disappears when Inspector Window is focused
Reproducible in: 2023.3.0b10, 6000.0.25f1, 6000.1.0a2
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1, 2023.3.0b9
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
