[Settings] The selected Project Settings tab is reverted to the default one after the Domain Reload
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Right-click in the Project window and go Create -> C# Script
3. Go File -> Project Settings...
4. In the Project Settings window select the Physics tab
5. Open the created Script, change anything in it and save it
6. Go back to the Editor and observe the Project Settings window
Expected results: The Physics tab is selected
Actual results: The first tab is selected

Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.7f1, 2021.1.5f1, 2021.2.0a14
