The second time the errors occurs in an Rpc method, the console is spammed with error messages
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (RpcErrorTest.zip)
2. Open the "TestScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press Lan Host
5. Press Space
6. Observe the console
7. Repeat 5 - 6 one time
Expected: errors are not spammed when the error occurs second time in an Rpc method, but shown only one time per method call
Reproduced in 5.4.5f1, 5.5.3f1, 5.6.1f1, 5.6.2f1, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0b1

Mass closure of UNET Bugs.
As UNet is Deprecated we are moving to low maintenance mode, where critical issues can get fixes.
Closing this bug as part of cleaning-up the Bug List.
