The script cannot be loaded in the Inspector when a namespace is declared and static namespace is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "Client"
2. Select Assets --> Prefabs --> Board --> BoardView prefab in the Project window
Expected result: Script is loaded without any issues.
Actual result: Warning is shown: "The associated script cannot be loaded. Please fix any compile errors and assign a valid script."
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a2, 2018.2.0b8, 2018.1.5f1, 2017.4.5f1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.1.4p1.

Resolution Note:
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
