The Properties option is missing when pressing RMB on the PropertyField
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “PropertiesBug“
2. Open the Scene “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene”
3. In the Hierarchy window select the “Test” GameObject
4. In the Inspector window press RMB on the Transform property
Expected result: There is a Properties option in the context menu
Actual result: The context menu is missing a Properties option
Reproducible with: 2022.2.3f1, 2022.2.12f1, 2023.1.0a22, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0a21
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Note: The issue is not reproducible when “Using IMGUI Default Inspector” option is enabled
