The project removed from the Hub reappears after relaunching the Hub
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Remove a project from the list
3. Close Unity Hub
4. Reopen Unity Hub and observe the list
Expected result: The removed project is absent from the list.
Actual result: The removed project can be found in the list.
Reproducible with: 3.3.0
Reproducible on: macOS 12.5.1
Note: The reproduction is inconsistent.
