The Preview window does not open when Ctrl+Clicked on parameter icon
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Preview.zip"
2. Select Sample Material in the Project window
3. Ctrl+Click on the Albedo icon in the Inspector window
Expected result: Preview window is opened
Actual result: Properties option appears instead of the Preview window
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a10, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a5
Not Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0a9
Note: Only reproducible on MacOS
