The preview of the .mp4 file doesn't work
The bug:
The preview of the .mp4 file doesn't work
Repro steps:
1. Select the video and play it in the preview window (the play button turns blue)
2. Observe as the CPU goes up to 25% and then rapidly down to 0 as the play button turns off on its own.
