The ObjectSelector no longer open at its previous screen position
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new Sphere (Right-click in the Hierarchy -> 3D Object -> Sphere) and select it
3. In the Inspector, open the Object Selector (either by clicking the icon in the Mesh or Material field)
4. Move the opened Window elsewhere and close it
5. Repeat Step 3
Expected result: Object Selector Window opens at its previous location
Actual result: Object Selector Window opens at its initial position
Reproduced in: 2020.1.0a21, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a10
Not reproducible in: 2019.3.12f1, 2020.1.0a20
