The Move Gizmo produces visual artifacts when moving the Camera in the Scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Gizmos.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "EmptyObject" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Move the Camera in the Scene view and focus on the Move Gizmo (right-click in the Scene view and use the A and D keys to move the Camera)
Expected result: Moving the Camera has no visual effect on the Move Gizmo
Actual result: Moving the Camera produces a duplicate Move Gizmo

Resolution Note:
Closing this issue since it is not reproducible on other pc's. Seems like a GPU - monitor sync issue and not an Unity issue
