The link to Command Line Argument documentation always opens the page for 2022.3
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click the three dots on the right next to any project that is set to use an Editor other than 2022.3 (e.g. 2023.2)
2. Click "Add command line arguments"
3. Click "Command line arguments documentation" at the bottom
Expected result: the appropriate Editor version is selected in the Manual page
Actual result: 2022.3 is selected
