The Internal Errors occurs when DictationRecognizer is Disposed in OnDestroy() Callback
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "OfflineWindows10" Scene in the attached "DilOgrenmeWindows.zip" Project
2. Enter and Exit the Play Mode
3. Observe the Console
Expected Behaviour: No errors are present in the Console
Actual Behaviour: The Internal Error is present in the Console
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.3.0a8
