The "Ignore Parent Groups" option of Canvas Group has no effect if a parent has a CanvasGroup and a Canvas
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by user (CanvasProblem.zip)
2. Open "Test" scene if not open
3. Select Canvas in the hierarchy
4. Change Alpha value in Canvas Group component
Expected: Ignore Parent Groups options, set to true, works and ignores the changes in parent Canvas Group if the parent also has a Canvas component
Actual: changing Alpha value of the Canvas Group attached to the object with Canvas component affects children even if each one of them has a Canvas Group with Ignore Parent Groups set to true
Reproduced in 5.4.5p1, 5.5.3p2, 5.6.0p4, 5.6.1f1, 2017.1.0b5
