UXMLTemplate elements do not update in the Scene View when they are created
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Create and open a new UI Document Asset
3. Create a new UI Document in the Hierarchy
4. Set the Source Asset to the newly created UI Document Asset
5. Drag a new Button into the UI Builder hierarchy
6. Observe the Game view
7. Change the button Font property in the UI Builder
8. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The Button shows up in the Game view in steps 7 and 9
Actual result: The Button shows up in the Game view in step 9
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.14f1, 6000.2.0b13, 6000.3.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Enterprise
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Tried 6000.2.1f1 and 6000.3.0a5 and cannot repro this issue in an empty project, nor the attached project. It may have been fixed already.
