The "Hold On" dialog box persists when entering the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the Editor
Expected results: The Play Mode launches
Actual results: The Play Mode does not launch
Reproducible in: 6000.0.7f1, 6000.0.8f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.35f1, 6000.0.6f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: MacOS 14.4.1 (M2), No other environment tested
Workaround: Hover the mouse over the loading box
Note: This issue is reproducible around 50% of the time
