The grid is not present in Universal 2D Template project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Universal 2D Template Project
2. Observe the Scene view in the Editor
Expected result: The grid should be visible
Actual result: The grid is not visible
Reproducible with: 6000.0.7f1, 2023.3.0b9
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0b8
Reproduced on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1)
